Buffalo Hotel - Hectorspruit

The hotel has a great location, just opposite a refreshing venue. the scenery from the restaurant is enjoyable, and the staff is brilliant. the rooms are comfortable and tidy, with white, clean and crisp towels in the bathroom. the restaurant staff is pleasant and patient, with delicious food served, except for the chicken strips which could use some improvement. the service is awesome, with a code system for entering and exiting the property, and the hospitality provided by the waiter, Bongani, was remarkable.

The limited menu at the restaurant can make it difficult for longer stays.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food at the restaurant, and refreshing outdoor venue. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed spending time at the clean and well-maintained swimming pool. The location just opposite the restaurant was convenient and provided a refreshing view. The staff were accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. we had a great experience.

We had a great new year experience at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful; they gave us a warm welcome. the hotel was located in a peaceful area where we enjoyed the coolness of the air, conditioners in our clean and tidy daily, cleaned rooms every day. the swimming pool was sparkling clean and we enjoyed taking a dip in it. We also appreciated the free Wi, Fi provided by the hotel, making it easy to stay connected with our loved ones.

There were a few things we didn't like about the hotel. the menu at the restaurant was limited, making it difficult to provide options for someone staying long.

The hotel was pleasant, with a comfortable room and friendly staff. Housekeeping by Anna was superb. Patience and William in the restaurant provided excellent service. Gavin made us feel welcome. The code system for entry and exit was user-friendly. The towels in the bathroom were clean and crisp. We were catered for even though we arrived late on New Year's Eve.

Negative aspect of the stay: Everything great.

The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay for our New Year's Eve adventure. The towels were clean, fresh and soft. We enjoyed the calm and peaceful garden atmosphere under the nice shade. As the hotel was located conveniently near a bakery and gas station, we had no trouble finding quick meals before heading out to explore the nearby Kruger National Park.

The hotel could improve on some areas. The entrance to the rooms, located near the bar and games room, was not easily noticeable or appealing.
